Who you are booking with

GLOW workshops are provided by Anderton Associates Ltd, registered in England, company number 09390010, registered address 60 Cunningham Park, Harrow HA1 4QJ. For booking queries, cancellations or complaints, email hello.glowworkshops@gmail.com.

Your workshop

The first workshop is “Own your worth. Make space for you.” on Sunday 22 November 2026, 10am - 12.30pm, at Harrow Arts Centre, 171 Uxbridge Road, HA5 4EA. Tickets cost £20 per person. It includes guided reflection, conversation and practical exercises. It is a community workshop, not medical care, counselling or therapy. Participation in individual exercises and sharing personal experiences is optional.

Booking and payment

Submit your name and email on the booking page before continuing to Monzo Easy Bank Transfer. Submitting the form or opening Monzo does not complete payment. Check the total ticket price and recipient on Monzo before authorising a transfer. If the amount or ticket entitlement is unclear, contact us before paying. Do not send bank security credentials to us.

Once your transfer is complete, your spot is secured and we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment. This email is sent by the organisers after checking payment, not automatically by this website. Use the same name for your booking and payment where possible; email us if somebody else pays for you. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, check spam and contact us with your booking name and payment reference, without sending full bank details.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

If you cannot attend, contact us promptly to discuss cancellation or transferring your place. These terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable condition. Any applicable statutory cancellation right remains available. Distance contracts generally have a 14-day cancellation period, but some services relating to leisure activities on a specific date are exempt; whether that exemption applies depends on the nature of the service. We do not rely on an unassessed exemption to remove your rights.

If we cancel the workshop, you are entitled to a refund for the cancelled service. If the date, venue or service changes materially, contact us about your options, including a refund where applicable; you do not have to accept an alternative event instead of a refund you are legally entitled to. Nothing in these terms limits remedies for services not provided with reasonable care and skill under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Taking part

Please treat other participants respectfully and respect their privacy. Do not record or photograph others without their permission. We may ask somebody to leave if their behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the session; any refund decision must remain fair and consistent with consumer law. Please contact us before booking to discuss access requirements.

Your information and website content

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information. Booking is not consent to marketing. GLOW website content is protected by copyright; you may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but must obtain permission for other uses except as permitted by law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where the law permits. The terms accepted when you book apply to that booking; later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
