About GLOW

Women supporting women, in a room that finally gets it.

GLOW — Grow, Love, Own Your Worth — started with a simple wish: a warm, human space where women in midlife feel heard, seen and understood. In an ever-increasing digital world, we believe the most powerful thing we can offer is each other.

Why we're doing this

Midlife brings all kinds of challenges — changing circumstances, new life stages, shifting confidence. We wanted to create something warm, fun and genuinely useful: a reason to step outside your comfort zone, and a community to land in when you do.

  • Person-to-person connection and shared experience
  • A safe space where women support one another
  • Practical, meaningful learning — never lecture-style
  • Belief in women, and helping you own your worth
  • Growing, laughing and feeling less alone
  • Accessible and affordable for everyone

Who it's for

GLOW is for any woman in midlife — whatever you're navigating, and wherever you're starting from. You don't need experience, confidence or a plan. Just curiosity.

  • Women going through change or a new life stage
  • Women who want support, confidence or a fresh perspective
  • Women who feel isolated and want to find their tribe
  • Anyone curious about self-talk, self-belief and personal growth
  • Women balancing competing responsibilities
  • Anyone interested in health, wellbeing and life planning

The people behind GLOW

Meet the three of us

Three women, one shared wish: a space where women in midlife feel heard, seen and understood.

Tracey Parker

Tracey Parker

Hey there, I'm Tracey. After burning out in 2021, I changed career to become a coach. My background in people leadership and consultancy taught me the value of wellbeing, inclusion and meaningful conversations. Now I support midlife professionals through career and personal change, helping them build confidence and take steps aligned with their values. Alongside Leeza and Jane, I'm creating GLOW as a community where women in midlife feel heard and supported.

Leeza Manning

Leeza Manning

Hello, I'm Leeza, a London-based coaching psychologist and a founding member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology. With qualifications in NLP and CIPD, I bring a background in psychology, coaching and people development to GLOW. Alongside Tracey and Jane, I'm helping create a supportive community for women in midlife — a place for meaningful conversation, shared experience and discovering a fresh perspective on change.

Jane Britton

Jane Britton

Hi, I'm Jane. I manage a large multi-sports complex in North West London, leading over 100 staff. I'm a proud mum, and divorce later in life and a breast cancer diagnosis changed the future I'd imagined. Through friendship and support, I began rediscovering myself. This inspired me to help create GLOW — a space where women feel heard, valued and less alone. For me, finding confidence again begins with knowing someone understands.

Early days, big heart.

We're a brand new company with a simple mission — to support women in our community — and we're building GLOW together with the women who come along. Our first workshop is planned for Sunday 22 November 2026, and we'd love you to be a part of it.
