Who is responsible for your information

GLOW is part of Anderton Associates Ltd, registered in England, company number 09390010. Our registered address is 60 Cunningham Park, Harrow HA1 4QJ. Anderton Associates Ltd is the data controller for workshop booking information. Contact us at hello.glowworkshops@gmail.com about this notice or your rights.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, any optional notes you provide, the workshop selected, the time of submission and the version of the terms you accept. We use these to arrange your booking, match your payment, send your confirmation and communicate essential workshop information. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing that contract. Providing a name and email is necessary to administer your booking.

We may retain payment and accounting records to meet legal obligations. We may use relevant records to resolve enquiries, prevent misuse and establish or defend legal claims on the basis of our legitimate interests. Please do not include medical information or other sensitive personal details in the optional notes. Email us to discuss accessibility arrangements separately.

Payments and service providers

Booking details are stored using Lovable Cloud. Our authorised organisers use them to administer the event. Our hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. Payments take place on Monzo’s website; we do not collect your bank login or bank security credentials. Monzo processes payment information under its own Privacy Notice. The website does not automatically verify payment or issue a payment confirmation: we check payments and send confirmations separately.

We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it where needed to provide these services or where required by law. If a provider processes information outside the UK, transfers must be covered by an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual protections. You can contact us for details of safeguards relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep booking details for as long as necessary to organise the workshop and resolve related enquiries, refunds or disputes. Financial records are kept for the applicable statutory accounting and tax recordkeeping period. Records needed for a legal claim are kept for the relevant limitation period. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be securely deleted or anonymised. Contact us for the retention criteria applying to your record.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You do not have to contact us first.

Booking does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Any future marketing subscription or use of identifiable photographs will be addressed separately. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Cookies and external links

The booking form does not require a visitor account. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. We do not use the booking details for advertising tracking. Links to Monzo, Facebook and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy and cookie policies. Any non-essential cookies or tracking introduced on this site will require appropriate information and consent where the law requires it.
